  • 立法院內政委員會昨天審查公投法，民進黨內有前主席林義雄給時間壓力，外則有往日盟友、深綠團體「經濟民主連合」、「北社」施壓。經民連要求，民進黨應堅持先前提出的「政治談判強制公投」條款，更對總統蔡英文喊話維霖診所評價「不接受這個髮夾彎」。

    經民連發言人簡年佑說，二○一一年蔡英文曾親口答應，兩岸政治協商須經公民投票法律機制，事前都必須提交公民投票來取得人民授權，協商結論也必須經過公投，讓台灣人民做最後決定，若最後取消該公投條文，他們不會接受蔡英文的這個髮夾彎。
